Finally found it... some of you have been asking how does this simple act get done in Project 2007...Even if the Help file and Office Online says it is not supported. Here it is.
From the Reports menu, select Visual Reports. At the bottom of the window without chosing any report, Save Data. Click that skip the Select fields portion but once agian, at the bottom of that window, chose Save Database. Voila! MDB file created... gotta check out the links through :(
