Hi! all,

Many of my staff PCs when they click on the Microsoft Word "File" drop down menu, it shows nothing, so they cannot click on "Save As" or "Properties" but the rest like Edit, Tools, etc.. are ok. Any idea on how to solve this issue as it is pretty urgent.

Have you tried to reset the File menu?

Go to the Tools menu > Customize > Toolbars tabs > select the File menu and click Reset on the right. That will reset your File menu to the original.

I've tried that but it doesn't work? Anyone else got any idea ? I am at wits end.
