Hi guys,
Please note I'm still testing the patch but so far main issue is that you will have to reindex your search results for Outlook. That could take a bit fo time for those with large inboxes and PSTs..
Basically, do this over a weekend for those who are willing to try - then keep Outlook OPEN and your system idle while indexing generates the results so you can continue to search normally for your email.
