Singapore Office User Group will be gearing our public seminars once again with a double session made possible with the other Asian MVP for Office Systems in town. We’re going have an overload of Office…yeah!

1850h Creative Data Analysis with Excel by Dr Nithin Paranjape (MVP Office Systems) from Sri Lanka continuing our unique theme of Working Better with Office series. He’ll show you how to make Excel work harder for you, giving you answers rather than generate more questions. Learn to push Excel to its limits and make your work life easier. Don’t worry that you don’t need any data analysis in your job – it’s going to help you no matter what job role you are in.

2010h What is Infopath 2007, client and server? by Sarbjit Gill Singh (MVP Windows). Gill is no newcomer to the user group scene being a freelance IT consultant and Trainer. He’ll provide a quick glimpse on designing Infopath forms, its capabilities and how the Infopath server (aka Forms Server) can automate this process for data gathering.

1845h Collaboration with Office (and SharePoint) by Dr Nithin Paranjape (MVP Office Systems). Take away the fileserver, take away the public folders in your email. Dr Nitin will show you to work in the Office of the future, not just with yourself pushing your numbers or documents but with others in your office space. Security and how to limit access to your shared data being an utmost concern will also be touched upon.

1950h Collaboration with Office Part 2 by Dr Nitin Paranjape. He continues the discourse with how to make Office work for you even if you’re out of the office!

Finally, just a note to let you know that our topics are NOT repeated in any session, so if you miss these 2 sessions, I’m not sure when we’ll cover them again… There are few opportunities these shortlisted topics are public presented and by such accredited speakers. I promise these will be worthwhile sessions to attend!
